Donations to SEMLA:
SEMLA is "a non-stock, non-profit organization operated exclusively for said purposes." (SEMLA Constitution II.B) Donations to SEMLA support a variety of chapter activities not covered by general dues. Donations may be designated for a specific purpose or designated for the SEMLA general fund. Currently, donations are being collected for the Pauline Shaw Bayne Travel Grant, and the SEMLA general fund.
