Notes - Subscription Information

Subscription without membership:

$100.00 for institutions.

Back issues:
Back issues of Notes can be purchased for $20 + $7 for shipping and handling one issue and $0.75 for each additional issue. Orders can be placed by email (mla@areditions.com), by phone (608-836-5825), or by mail (Music Library Association, Business Office, 8551 Research Way, Suite 180, Middleton, WI 53562).

Payments for back issues can be prepaid by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), by check, or invoiced. All invoices are net 30 days. Please make checks payable to the Music Library Association and in US funds drawn on a US bank.
Credit card payments must include the name as it appears on the card, card number, expiration date, and signature. Credit card expiration date must be valid for three months after invoiced date.
