Music Instruction {Public Library Style}

Abstract
Lifelong learning is an important mission of all public libraries, and our libraries strive to provide tools and training for patrons of all ages. This session will provide an overview of music instruction options offered at public libraries to patrons in their communities. Presenters will discuss online tools such as Lynda.com as well as workshops, lecture series, and hands-on programs that focus on educating and inspiring casual learners and budding musicians alike.
