You are warmly invited to participate in the 85th annual meeting of the Music Library Association at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati, OH March 2-5, 2016. We expect approximately 450 music librarians with direct responsibility for administering budgets, selecting materials, and recommending equipment or furniture purchases for their libraries. This is the largest annual gathering of music librarians in North America and is a unique opportunity for attendees to network, share knowledge, and explore new directions in music librarianship.

The link below will lead you to information about reserving exhibit space and about placing advertisements in the conference program, on the mobile Guidebook app, on the conference website, and other sponsorship options.
If you prefer to send payment by mail, use the “Bill me” option that allows you to print your registration form and send it to the MLA Business Office with your check. Ads and tables are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't delay!
If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact the MLA Business Office at mla@areditions.com or (608)-203-2562.
