Personnel Subcommittee
Purpose:
To consider and address issues of human resource management and development as they relate to the music library profession, through educational offerings, research and the development of staffing standards. To assess trends in the music library profession related to personnel, including trends in the job market, why individuals enter the profession and why they leave it.
