Convention Manual
The MLA Convention Manual is a guide for individuals and groups involved in planning the annual meetings of the association. It contains guidelines, descriptions, and general schedules for the Program Committee, the Local Arrangements Committee, and other people involved in the successful organizing of the convention.

The latest version of the Convention Manual was edited by Bonna Boettcher in May 2010 and was made available online in November 2010.

About MLA

The Music Library Association is the professional association for music libraries and librarianship in the United States. Founded in 1931, it has an international membership of librarians, musicians, scholars, educators, and members of the book and music trades. Complementing the Association’s national and international activities are eleven regional chapters that carry out its programs on the local level.
